Very nice property but the biggest plus is the people who work there. I wish I remember every oneā€™s names but those people stand out Manu,Carlos,Eric ,Henry ,Rafael ,Jose ,Julian and Janet hoo clean my room THANK YOU VERY MUCH

This place is lovely! I was initially a bit worried, but I'm glad I decided to stay here. The customer service was excellent throughout my visit. While the food at the restaurant isn't the best, the local cuisine is just a 15-minute drive away. I enjoyed my stay in a two-bedroom suite with my three kids and parents; it was perfect for our larger family. I will definitely come back here soon!

"A relaxing break with a true taste of Puerto Vallarta"

The views, the staff, the food and the pool and beach area are great!

The room was abit dirty and extremely humid. The decor is heavily outdated and it is a pity that the terrace is made of concrete blocking the actual ocean view, even though you are right on the ocean.
