"I love me some good service...and a great location."

A really good experience. Service was good - Alexx with two x's at reception was pretty darn welcoming and everyone else was helpful and friendly, which is a good combo. I was there for a meeting and that went flawlessly - from A/V to bites afterward. So, gold star for service. I think the rooms have been recently renovated - mine was really nice and everything exceeded expectations. I always love my a USB-C plug next to the bed - it's the little things. It sure did help that it was nice weather (in January!) and I walked on the beach in the morning, which was across the street. It was a great sunset, too. (Check out the Funk Zone for local shopping.) I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel - and the service truly stood out, especially thanks to Alexx. After a very long day of traveling, he was incredibly kind, professional, and personable. Despite a huge crowd in the lobby, he made me feel like a genuinely valued hotel guest, taking the time to answer all of my questions and being accommodating and attentive. I travel frequently for work and was blown away by how well I was treated here. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and encourage anyone visiting Santa Barbara to stay.
