Lovely place in Ciudad Vieja. Charming rooms. Nice staff.

Old town looks rough, but don’t let that put you off. There’ll be families out and about. Folks walking dogs.

We cannot recommend Fauna Montevideo enough. The place is absolutely gorgeous - even better that the photos. Jeronimo is a fantastic host and his suggestions made our trip. The rooms are very spacious with lots of room to spread out and the bathrooms are lovely. There are also a few peaceful spot to sit around the hotel if you prefer to sit outside your room. The location is close to the old town and easy to walk many places from this location. Highly recommend.

Nothing could have made this stay better - it was perfect. Love that the fridge was stocked with flat and sparkling water!

Everything, a 1000%. The house is soooo beautiful, the decoration too. The location is perfect in the Old Town! The hosts are lovely & give you perfect recommendations 🤗 I would always come back to this stunnig place! There is even a free mini bar!

Beautiful gem in the old town

Beautifully furnished elegant common areas and gorgeous room. We have yet to stay in a nicer boutique hotel.

Jeronimo was the ultimate amazing host - he reached out to offer help, provided personal recommendations, met us at the door to carry our bags and even contacted a friend whose restaurant we were going to, to ensure we got a great table. Absolutely a fantastic experience!

Everything was perfect!

Staff, quality of service, accommodation, personalized care, fresh fruit, convenience, safety, impeccable all around, decor meticulous, nightcap with top shelf choices. I would not stay anywhere else in Montevideo.

I can't think of anything we didn't like

The hotel is located in old town of Montevideo near everything what you need to experience there. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. Excellent service. The person who checked us in and out was speaking very good English. She was able to answer all our questions, she also did reservations for us to dinner with tango music and show. This was a great event! The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated with a spacious bathroom. Additionally it was a great common space with various places to sit and free fresh fruits for eating.

We liked it everything.
