Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel

This is a perf location for a getaway! Our first time in Palm Springs & I can’t wait to come back here!

There are many great things about this hotel. Our room was Excellent. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Mat at the bar (T, W, Thur) was amazing!! He should have a pay raise. But we came here specifically for a 3 day much needed Pool R&R. I called prior to coming to absolutely make sure the pool was heated. Savana and John at the front desk assured me it was. When we got here, we rushed to the pool only to find out the POOL IS FREEZING COLD!! DEFINITELY NOT HEATED as Advertised!! Everyone was talking about this around the pool area. It's not comfortable. They do have a jacuzzi, however it was PACKED WITH LITTLE KIDS everyday!... even though the sign clearly says "This is an Adult Only Spa". I love kids but this was a moshpit of them jumping, splashing, etc. No one on the staff (or parents) were enforcing the Adult Only Spa, in fact often times there wasn't a parent in sight. So it was wall-to-wall with kids all 3 days. Imagine going on vacation and the one thing you went to enjoy, was like stepping into an ice bucket challenge every time. Very misleading; we are so disappointed.

Super close to downtown Palm Springs near many restaurants and close to palm canyon drive -amazing pool lots of lounge chairs -great pool bar staff -spent two days here and enjoyed my stay -very suited for families-my favorite part of this hotel the front desk staff (Fern) super accommodating friendly and helpful -one of the best front desk agents I have ever met -big thanks to Fern in making my short stay a wonderful experience-will definitely return

A little pricey for the tennis match but worth it in the end

Pricey but somewhat affordable

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for business and was impressed upon entering the pristine lobby! The pool area is incredible and has a resort feel! The sleeping rooms are large and comfortable! Myra and Justin at the front desk are amazing and helpful! Be sure to stop by the concierge desk and Gordy will assist in booking your Palm Springs reservations! The outdoor private events space is perfect for an elevated reception! No need to stay in a far away resort when this gem of a hotel is right downtown in Palm Springs!

The room was nice and comfortable, and the hotel was close to amenities.

There were 2 things that kind of spoiled it. Number 1 the pool is not heated as they stated on their listing. The have a bartender that needs to learn how to make drinks. We set at the bar and my wife ask for a drink and all he could do was act like he was concentrating and made up a bunch of ingredients which pretty much tasted terrible. We just moved on as it shouldn't be hard to learn drinks as a bartender.

We loved our stay here. The staff were all super friendly. Spent an entire day by the pool which was super relaxing and our tweens loved it. We used the poolside service to order drinks and food- couple of frozen drinks smoothies for the kids and wraps for lunch. We grabbed breakfast at the quick bistro every morning- nice and easy. We parked our own car the in and out was easy. I’d come back here again.
