"I will never stay at this hotel chain again. Deplorable."

Nothing. My toilet was broken. The window to my room was broken and flooded after a rain storm. No consolation and they charged me for two extra nights I didn’t stay for.

Staff was very helpful in trying to explain the issue except for the guy on 1st shift Saturday. He’s very rude and shouldn’t be allowed to interact with the guests

Was charged three times for my stay and now I have to wait two to five days for the refund to post on my account. This is very unacceptable when I was there visiting and needed that money
