Conveniently located near Kibgs Road off Bury New Road, there are a few supermarkets within walking distance.

Room and place were ok, nice bar, and restaurant but room was a but tired but nice and comfy, the 3 men that came on reception were shouting between themselves and completely ignored myself and my partner bumerous times,glowwowed him outside when he had a cigarette and just stood staring at him, one of them then kept drivi g his car around the car park at 3am. Would have been a bice stay but for them. Very unprofessional

Put a family of 3 in a room with one bed, changed it within 10mins, room stunk, woken up at 6:30am with building site right behind, no hot water evening or morning as the boiler was broken, rooms aren’t clean, beds and pillows are awful. Disgusting

The room is dated but clean. The staff were friendly. However, i asked for a quiet room as i had a job interview the next day and i was woken up every half an hour from people slamming doors and moving furniture.

Nice quiet location. Good value budget hotel.

The pub and function room were nice spaces and the staff were friendly. However the rooms were very outdated, with stains in carpets, dirty skirting boards and chipped paint. The rooms are in severe need of updating to match the level of the bar and function area. There was a general stale, smoky smell in the corridors and overall we did not enjoy the stay.

Friendly staff but room was basic and walls are very thin so a lot of noise was heard from corrider and other rooms.

Great hotel with free parking. Easy access by car or public transport into Manchester. My room was lovely and bright and very big. There were 2 parties taking place in the hotel during my stay, I wondered if I would be disturbed by noise, but my room was very quiet and I didn’t need to worry. Lovely friendly staff. I would definitely use again.

No food available at chef off poorly. Was woke up at 2am from people outside room shoting and banging on door. 6am woke up again people shouting
