Everything was very good and friendly, very nice gym, used it twice. The only this was that they didn't supply either shompoo or liquid body soap, but not the end of the world we bought across the road from lidl

Room a little tired and in need of freshening up, carpet worn etc. No shower gel provided so make sure to take your own

The food was lovely, however, on walking through the corridors, there was a horrendous smell of weed which was there every time we walked down the corridor which was awful for a hotel such as this.

Decent stay for a decent price. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly/helpful. Hotel itself is tired in areas but room stayed in seems to have been recently refreshed. One major downfall is the paper thin walls, could hear conversations from adjacent rooms clear as day.

Bar very cold all night. Door left open between bar and reception. Reception area has wall mounted heating and is not even switched on. Makes for unpleasant cold evening. Need to try harder and think about customers

Had a really nice stay for the 1 night, staff were really lovely and helpful. Room was just what we needed for the 1 night stay.

Awful. Dirty. Loud.

Horrible experience at this hotel. Avoid!

Disappointed to find hotel not serving food in the evening for the second time staying here. Rooms are old and tired but rate reflects that to be fair. Loud banging from pipework in the evening and early morning. My room was next to an office / housekeeping and was woken early by people talking / laughing very loudly which went on for over an hour.
