Warm and friendly service. Excellent buffet food and breakfast.

Not a complaint but more sun parasols would have been welcome in the outdoor seating. The bedroom was extremely hot with an ineffective fan. Unable to open window more than 6 inches with no means of holding it open. It was a very hot day.

We had a nice big room with a lovely view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking and it was a short drive into central Gloucester. Overall, it was reasonable value for money.

The hotel was a bit dated. Also, the restaurant wasn't particularly good. It was more like average pub food.
