I booked an afternoon tea for my Step-dad’s 90th birthday and I cannot praise the staff enough from booking through to the event itself! Vicky from the events team ensured that all guests from age 20 months through to 90 years had a wonderful day. Our group included vegetarians, celiacs and other specific dietary requirements that were all catered for successfully. My daughter had suffered a broken leg in a skiing accident in the weeks before the event and Vicky organised a mobility friendly room for her so that she could still attend. Whilst there, all the staff were so attentive and helpful making sure she was comfortable and well looked after- nothing was too much trouble! My Step-dad had a wonderful day. It was the perfect setting for a multi-generational celebration and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! My mum said it was ‘perfect’. I would like to thank all the staff for helping us to make it a day to remember.

Fantastic surroundings and a superb evening catching up with friends. Food was really good and nothing was too much trouble for all the staff we encountered. Attentive service and lovely team throughout from reception, bar and restaurant.

Staff were friendly,good view from our room over looking the garden .

Chairs were to low in the restaurant and in the bar area, not lift to the 3rd floor where the wedding took place. We got bit in the night window were closed ask about what floor the dogs where on .
