The Water Tower Inn - BW Premier Collection

When we arrived our two rooms were not together but they quickly made sure that they were - we could not be adjoining but we were beside each other. They were very behind on cleaning rooms so we had to wait and did not get checked in until close to 4pm but they did give us breakfast coupons for this inconvenience and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious but I am very sad about how we were treated by restaurant staff like an inconvenience because we have 4 children it was nice to see their attitudes change when they realized they are well behaved children but it was upsetting and unnecessary until this point - very happy with rooms and pool area but will unlikely use the restaurant again for our stays

Shabby room - wall paper peeling everywhere. Paper thin walls. Very uncomfortable bed. The facilities have seen better days. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were amazing. $230 is overpriced for this experience.

The rooms are small and dated with old wallpaper that is peeling in some areas. Our bathroom was not the cleanest and visible dirt on the walls in the room. The pool and hot tub area were quite nice.

It was nice having the restaurant in the hotel good food.

That the indoor hot tub was closed . I was on the 4th floor and it looked like renovations were happening the hallway carpet was ripped up.

Our original room was really cold and didn’t have temperature control and had to be moved to a new room. Both of the saunas were not working. Advertised as an included breakfast for $10 which wasn’t true. Big charge on my credit card to start with.

Our experience here was terrible & disappointing. This hotel needs almost too many updates to name..but also I can’t not share & hope to spare others from making the mistake we did. First, the “spa” is a joke: the outdoor hot tub was closed, the indoor hot tub was empty & broken, the faux rocks falling apart. The elevator was broken, the walls paper-thin, the coffee shop espresso machine was broken, and carpet in our hall missing & “under construction.”

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I’ve always had an amazing experience with the services and staff unfortunately this day when we booked one of the most expensive if not the most expensive room in the hotel many of the facilities were broken and unavailable both hot tubs that we used to enjoy. We’re out of order as well as the elevator near our room which forced us to walk all the way down to the other end of the hall the door closest to our room in the back was closed, forcing us to go all the way through the front all the way down to the end the staff have always been amazing and have always facilitated any of our requests such as towels or extra pillows. Unfortunately, the staff this time were extremely rude. I hope they can fix the hotel and bring it back to his original glory and train the international staff on proper customer service and how to talk to guest unfortunately, next time we will stay at the Delta as their services are working, and their staff are much friendlier.

The room was clean but dated. Not a good price point for what is offered. Could feel a draft from the window and noticed mold on the wall the of our departure. The indoor hot tub was closed for the entirety of our stay and the outdoor hot tub was closed most days by dinner. Our last evening the pool was completely shut down by evening.
