The Water Tower Inn - BW Premier Collection

Hotel seems to be in pretty rough shape. Couldn’t use the hot tub due to the broken one inside and the temps for the outdoor pool. No continental breakfast? For the cost of the room? Staff during check in was not friendly at all. Staff during the check out was Okai, I guess. Photos of the hotel are very outdated. Swimming pool area is very run down. Kids had a blast in the pool otherwise. Definitely overrated.

The hot tub was not working and a little over priced for the room

Been coming here for a few years, it’s the only place I will stay. The staff are problem solvers of you need anything (although you won’t) The restaurant and bar (bar is only open 6 days a week) has a wide selection of food and drinks. All the food I had during this visit was very good. It’s a great atmosphere. There’s a grab and go option in the morning from the coffee bar with great selections. This trip I was located on the second floor, east wing. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a stairwell exit beside my room, however I didn’t hear it anytime. Bathroom is spacious with large stand alone shower. As a frequent visitor to this hotel, the price is always fair and most times it’s below the average of the city. There’s a small gym an indoor pool and sauna, One of the best features for me is the large outdoor hot-tub. Stayed 3 nights this time and enjoyed every moment I was on the property.

We were extremely disappointed that the hot tubs were closed, especially without mention by the staff at check in, or online before our arrival. It was literally the only reason we booked the Water Tower because we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the hill.

Centrally located

I was disappointed that I had to have a damage deposit. This was a room for myself and my 85 year old mother. Not a hockey team!

I booked a suite, 250 per night. wallpaper falling off the wall, air exchange unit hanging off the wall by 2 inches. rattled non stop. carpet pulled up in one section. No carpet in the hallway. Button broken off elevator call button. Garbage left in the hall for the entire stay. I gave it one for the pool. 13 emails to resolve and nothing but lip service. Save your money, its old and tired and requires a lot of repair.

Absolutely fantastic !!! Perfect location and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a great pool, Hot tube...also the staff was super nice too
