Someone else tried to open my door at 1 am, they had a key!. There was no way for me to get in touch with the front desk. Calling the number provided they put me on hold and then disconnected the call. I spent the rest of the night afraid for my safety

Roaches and nothing but junkies as well staying there , also it say permanently closed so can’t even call.
