Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian. Pet fee is $150 per night with no breed or size restrictions. Please note: an authorization will be placed on guests' debit/credit card for the full anticipated amount including USD 100 incidentals per reservation. The resort fee includes the following: - Self-Parking (one space per reservation) - Two (2) Bottles of Water per night - Hi-speed WiFi access on multiple devices - Access to fitness centre - Preferred access to certain WTR Events and Activities - Mobile printing and fax services The pool is active with high level noise going into the evening daily.

"Cheap motel on the water"

Uncovered conduit box and a tub with no stopper that took hours to drain. They’re renovating, but it’s far from good. At least it’s on the water and the AC worked.

Bathrooms and AC Units need severely updated. Old plumber. Hallway carpets need replaced. Place overall is beaten down and needs complete make over.

It was false advertising the show a big poo You have to pay $50 to enter in the pool. They have little pool and not enough taming bad and I asked for some I must just ignore it and that guy told me I can go get some. They had pile of them broken. Maybe one is good. I don’t blame the workers. It’s the company who doesn’t wanna invest in wanna make money so I’m not returning to this hotel again.
