No heating in room # 194. Took all night from 5 pm for the temperature to go from 55 degrees on the thermometer to 70 degrees at 6 Am .And 70 degrees is still cold when rooms are below ground level

Localização, espaço e conforto do quarto! Frigobar e cafeteira no quarto! Forno de microondas de uso comum.

A arrumação do quarto não ocorreu todos os dias e não foi feita a reposição de produtos como creme hidratante e café!

Hotel ogólnie może być niezły na krótki pobyt

Niestety pobrano od nas kwotę 50 dolarów kaucji. W recepcji obiecano że zostanie zwrócona ale niestety minęły 3 tygodnie i nie wpłynęła ta kwota. ZWROCILAM SIE do hotelu ale bez rezultatu. Jest mi przykro że zostałam oszukana

Não limparam meu quarto. Nem trocaram as toalhas de banho qdo pedi. Café da manhã mto simples e igual todos os dias… enjoei. Atendimento da recepção no check in foi péssimo. Ninguém nunca sabe de nada e sempre falam q vc tem q falar c o gerente que não existe.
