When we got to our room i pulled the sheets back and the sheets were not clean . One of the lights were out and no phone in the room. I went to the desk and the desk clerk was nice he gave us another room. The room was ok . There was dirt behind the tv stand, wires hanging down from the ceiling. There was water just pouring out around the ring of the shower headThe hallway smelled like mold. We paid for 2 nights after the first night they deactivated my room key. I went to the desk the ckerj looked at my reservation and said oh you paid for 2 nights and reactivated the keys. The morning of checkout my cards were deactivated at 9 am when i went to the desk and asked if checkout was at 11 i was told yes and i asked why was my keys deactivated and i was told because the clock at the desk is a hour ahead.

Good clean room. No issues at all for a 1 night stay. Close enough to the casinos and much cheaper than staying at the casinos.

Easy check in and out. Courteous staff. Adequate free breakfast. Quiet location.

Walking in to check in the man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. He did inform us of some trouble with the elevator and said if we had any trouble to let him know and would reset it. After we stepped off the elevator to go to our room it smelled very strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. There was a pile of boxes with trash next to the elevator doors when we stepped off as well. The room was okay, but the bathroom had a noticeable amount of hair on the floor behind the door. The toilet seat wasn’t cleaned very well so I wiped it down before using it. Overall I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place but I guess you get what you pay for, it’s cheap for a reason. I wanted to leave but it was too late to find somewhere else to stay or we would have left.

The only reason we booked this place was they advertised they have a pool. When we arrived, the pool had been closed for over a week. They assigned us a room that we carried all our belongings to only to find out it was not yet cleaned by the maid. We went all the way back down and got another room assigned. Bathroom sink and bathtub drain slowly. Breakfast was poor.

We stay in the hotel room, last Saturday 8/31, just for one night, the room was smelling like humidity, the A/C wasn’t working well, just cool air, the chairs cover of dust and the small refrigerator inside full of mold

The lady that checked us in was nice but later in day started seeing roaches in room. Told the other person on duty they stated nothing they can do about that. So we left and asked for refund but nothing happened. So I recommend not to stay there

Terrible smell terrible old smell. You can tell it use to be nice.
