SureStay Hotel by Best Western Robinsonville Tunica Resorts

We ended up not staying. Our floor smelled like weed, we found bugs in our room and there was mold all over the place in our bathroom in the shower/bath area, the furniture was very dirty. My friend who was staying in another room also had similar issues and did not stay and took pictures and will be posting a review with photos of bugs and mold. We were on the 3rd floor.

This hotel has really changed. The last time I visited it was clean, lots of staff very friendly. It has went down hill. Only saw two people working the whole weekend. Our room plumbing was all messed up. Probably will not stay here again unless things change.

Nothing unique

1st and 2nd floor ice machines didn’t work. Had to go to 3rd floor. No towels in the room. No answer at front desk. Had to go downstairs to get them.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this was the worst trip I’ve ever had. There were p***c hairs, plural, in the shower. The air conditioner didn’t work so they moved us, quickly, to another room but it had been smoked in and smelled terrible. The breakfast that was supposed to begin at 6:30 still wasn’t served at 7:30 when we left. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

First time visiting the Tunica, Robinsonville area. We arrived around dinner time and there was hardly anyone occupying the hotel, we were given a ground floor room which appeared fine at first but later noticed rot and dirt after closing bathroom door. After showering found huge holes in towels and they appeared to have blood stains, bed linens also had stains. The website describes a full breakfast including eggs met juices breads waffles etc… no eggs no meats out of waffles water colored with juice no butter or margarine so my husband’s breakfast included dry toast and mine was half of an overripe banana, terrible day 2 we bypassed completely and got out of there. Also morning of day 2 we found a beetle or possibly cockroach in our sink we were out of there. This is so not the quality I’ve known from best western hotels. Would never recommend.

Rented 2 rooms The entire place smelled like pot! There seemed to be a party going on. Also the door marked locked for safety was not locked and I felt unsafe The non smoking rooms were coated in nicotine Bugs killed in the room mold in shower and o. Shower curtain.

The first sign was that the grass was overgrown. The parking lot didn't seem very clean.The check in process was smooth. The rom was decent but obviously the sheets were dingy. The fridge, microwave, and bathroom were not clean!! It was a cheap hotel, so i shouldn't have expected much but it was horrible!!!!

The Positives were the staff was extremely friendly and there were no bugs seen but Bathroom was not clean, hairs and debris all over the floor and shower walls and then the shower curtain had brown splashes as well as some sort of dried foamy stuff all over it. Someone in the next room slammed their door repeatedly about 20 times between 1 - 2 am which most of the hotel was empty so idk why someone was so close anyways and also the landscape is not taken care of, very tall weeds and grass. Wouldn’t recommend unless something changes.

They give us 3 rooms that is not clean, so we end up checking out and didnt stay anymore.
