SureStay Hotel by Best Western Robinsonville Tunica Resorts

Looked like the place was abandoned. Grass was really high outside. I had to change rooms as soon as I got there because TV was busted. The next room TV kept cutting off because of breaker. The sink was slow draining, and toilet would not flush properly. Oh, and the elevator was stuck. The front desk guy had to go in a room and hit some button to get it going again.

The property outside needed mowed. We got to our room and the toilet was broken . We told staff and someone was suppose to fix and never did. No towels or washcloths , told staff, received three towels no wash cloths . Dirty washcloths left on shower rack . Furniture broken , . Just a start.

Nice clean hotel. Bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than expected. The biscuits and gravy were an unexpected surprise. The casinos were only a short drive away. Though there was not much else in the area like places to eat. Easy check in and out

From the moment we walked in, we new we were in trouble. The front desk told me that they didn't have my reservation even though I showed her our paperwork and confirmation from Hotels.com. She told me I needed to contact them and that she couldn't do anything about it. After more persistance, she finally found that a morning person checked us in and charged our card even though we didn't get there till after 6pm. We went to a concert and came back to room around 11pm. Once in the room, we started checking to make sure no bed bugs were on mattress and although there were none, the bottom sheet looked like blood stains. The side of mattress looked like feces stains, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the lamp had the switch missing so you couldn't turn it on, the remote control for tv was not in room, we couldn't call front desk because there was no phone (we walked down and got one), hallway had molded water damage on ceiling and no air in hallway. We were so ready to leave in morning but thought we would stop and get a cup of coffee for our ride home. It came out looking like apple juice with black flakes in bottom of glass. I can't believe it was a Best Western.

Elevator quit working for a minute, there was stuff splashed down the elevator door and sticky stuff on the floor behind the trash also the hotel has a bad smell and bedding was damp feeling.

Outdated, sheets and blankets had holes in them, greatly in need of a complete renovation. Should have been rated 5 out of 10. The site said it was 8.0 very good. We wish we would have read some of the recent reviews. The night guy was very helpful. The morning lady was lady acted like she didn’t want to be bothered from using her phone when we were checking out.

It was okay. The pool was close (needed to fix).

Floors were not clean. The whole hotel had an awful odor. There were no clean towels available. Had to go purchase wash clothes and deorderizers. Trash was on side of bed.

There was hair in the floor of the bathroom. The room smelled very musty. The sheets had spots on them. Overall, it just was not clean.
