San Ramon Marriott

Mom husband and I had a wonderful stay at the San Ramon Marriott from May 25-30 while celebrating a milestone birthday and visiting our family in Walnut Creek, CA. We have stayed at the San Ramon Marriott for the past 4 years and we’ve had consistently wonderful experiences. As always, our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We love the large balconies surrounded by gorgeous fir trees, our treehouse in San Ramon. All of the staff we interacted with were helpful, warm, and attentive throughout our visit, always making sure we had everything we needed. The M Lounge is well stocked and serviced by very kind staff. The combination of the relaxing setting, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service made for another memorable stay. We are looking forward to our next visit and have highly recommended the San Ramon Marriott hotel to others.

They need to warn people that the hotel is right next to bart & sleeping past 3:30 is nearly impossible. I left at 5:30 am and will not be back. I've been staying at Marriot hotels but won't use them anymore as I was only there for a few hours and it was a total waste of money.

I had stayed before for work and it was an excellent experience. This time it was incredibly frustrating. Incredibly loud rude people. Someone tried to get in our room. Charges were made to our that were not mine.

Clean and updated hotel. Great experience in a centrally located area with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The gentleman who checked me in ensured my needs were met. I was sorted out very well for the weekend, his service was a reminder of why I Bonvoy. He was also the one who checked me out at the end. Marriott employees as great as they are, can learn a lot from him! The other bearded guy was great too, just really rolled out the red carpet. Lounge M Club had decent food, and real great service - the staff in the lounge really gave a first class feel. Even the housekeeping staff on my floor was kind and cordial. Everything I needed and more. Our convention also held at the hotel was very well executed. Ballrooms and food were all above standards.

It was nice stay at Marriot we enjoyed hospitality and food there . I tried to get WiFi but the app showed that I have to pay. I am Marriot Bonvoy member. I had to use hotspot. Now I know that I can have free WiFi as I am member of Bonvoy. It will be nice if this communicated at check in thanks

The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely book another stay at the hotel.
