San Ramon Marriott

Nice hotel, very convenient location, comfortable bed. The only downside though was the night auditor, she was very unfriendly and definitely didnt make me feel welcomed. I would stay again just avoid checking in during her shift because to be honest she is a terrible representation of the Marriott brand.

I liked that the property was very clean, safe, and inviting. The room was spacious, modern, and also clean. Complimentary waters in the room, you can have the restaurant bring your food to your room, and it was dog friendly. Perks for being right across from a walking trail.

I did not like that I had to call the front desk several times to fix the tv in the room. I also did not like that the continental breakfast scrambled eggs had mushrooms in it. I thought that was very strange and zero option to not have scrambled eggs without mushrooms. Very odd choice, wasn’t too happy about that.

When i book reservation online it says free breakfast but , when i get there at breakfast time i was told i have to pay.

The huge pines made me feel like I was in nature. The nearby City Center made for nice walks to interesting shops and meals.

The people in the room next to us were loud. There was nothing the hotel could have done about it. Also, there was some trash in the parking lot that looked like it had been there awhile.

The heater/ac didn’t work properly. Maintenance was able to get the ac off but then the heater worked overtime!!! Uncomfortable sleeping with the heat. We told the desk if the issue when we checked out at 5:00 am, was told that we should have called again—but it was 1:30am and we were in pajamas. I felt we should have at least gotten a lowered rate, just received an I’m sorry.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. I liked having a balcony with a door that opens. The service was good and the people friendly. I requested more decaf coffee pods and they were delivered promptly. I would stay there again.
