San Ramon Marriott

The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely book another stay at the hotel.

The San Ramon Marriott is becoming very disappointing. It used to have high standards and excellent service. We are starting to reconsider staying there in the future. Your M Lounge is one of the worst M Lounges we have experienced. The food was subpar, service was virtually non existent, inconsistent offerings, and not consistent to Marriott’s standards. The honor bar was locked up even in the evening, one day it required you to ring a bell and wait for help, then was locked up and closed the other two nights of our stay. Might as well not even have it. Room service was disappointing. If we wanted my food to look like takeout delivery, we would have ordered takeout delivery. What happened to real plates, silverware, and service? Our room needed repairs, the screen to the balcony was broken and off track, the curtains were dirty, and the in room coffee was awful. The only redeeming quality was the bartender Tam. Tam was very friendly and welcoming. He was a welcome respite to an otherwise disappointing stay.

The Best , Class all around 👏🏽. From the G.M. Mr S Milburn ,the front desk , the Ballroom staff catering team , restaurant staff & room employees. The employees are very attentive. Beautiful flagship Marriott in San Ramon. The wonderful property inside & out . The rooms are very nice . This is our go to hotel when in the area. Thank you again Paul Ramey

The room was not bad. There was just one towel to be used . We had to call a reception a few times for more towels. Then more than one person knocked on the door when we were already in bed with towels. Worst than that was the very strong and horrible scent they place everywhere. I don’t mind a subtle scent but that was way too strong. It actually makes you wonder what smell they are trying to hide.

Conveniently located right off 680, and very suitable for walking to the nearby restaurants in San Ramon. This is a clean and sprawling hotel with very spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

The room was clean and beautiful. Customer service was great, quick check-in and check-out. We enjoyed our stay. This was our 3rd time staying here and every time it has been great.
