The furniture of the balcony isn't no confortably

Everything ! The view is just incredible and the quietness is golden ! Sergio is a really lovely host who’s really looking after his guests making sure that they have everything they need. It was the best place I’ve been to during my trip to Costa Rica. There was a little issue with the shower of the bedroom but Sergio was super nice and proactive to provide a solution. I was also lucky to benefit from an upgrade and stay for the same price in the most beautiful room with a view on the ceiba! Well in a nutschell is was amazing !

Fabulous spot to spend a night on our drive to La Fortuna. The owner was very helpful and prepared a delicious dinner and breakfast. We loved laying in the hammocks. A very unique experience.

Location in a rainforest surrounded by wildlife is a beautiful experience. Staff are amazingly friendly and really help share the wildlife. Breakfast had good options.

Facilities are not great in the room. Tables are too short to use the very high desk. No cooking facilities. Very high sinks.

Sergio (host/owner) is a wonderful person and is perfectly bilingual Spanish/English and is also a licensed naturalist tour guide who knows the Lake Arenal area extremely well. He saved us money by directing us to thermal springs that were perfect for us. He directed us to wonderful local restaurants and nature reserves. The 500 plus year old female Ceiba tree is breathtaking. Almost a religious experience to be underneath the branches it fills the frame of your photos. I think this tree would fill a college football stadium.

The little hotel is close to the lake and you have a beautiful view on the water. The host Sergio is super nice and helpful. He gave us good advice for our trip. The breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel was very good. We got an upgrade to a comfort room which was great. We would recommend the comfort room. Thank you very much.

All was fine. It‘s a typical Costa Rican hotel, the area is a bit quiet. If you are looking for relaxation and a quiet retreat this is the place to go. 👍
