Certainly not 5 star, extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows. Food cold and monotonous upset tummy on numerous occasions. Sunlougers a joke. Glad to be home to our super comfy bed. Definitely would not recommend or return.

The hotel itself is beautiful, large open spaces throughout, very very clean, reception and bar/lounge staff very pleasant and helpful. We booked preferred rooms and enjoyed the peacefulness and calm of the preferred lounge. We used the spa facilities a couple of times and found the two ladies very helpful and thoroughly enjoyed our massages and body wraps. Drinks in bars used branded products . Pools a little on the chilly side but to be expected at this time of year, but plenty of loungers available. The only let down was the food, I personally like my food hot but even for buffet food this was tepid at best and very repetitive, we asked if we could put two tables together (party of four) as no tables available and rudely told no yet the next night tables being put together, we asked if we could reserve a table for a certain time again told no , but the next morning a four top had a reserved sign and went unused for breakfast and only saw two gentlemen sat at it the two days it was reserved. All in all a lovely hotel and some great staff but really need to improve dining rooms.

Not long been back,right up our street this holiday,brilliant hotel,massive rooms lovely see view rooms,food good and really helpful staff had a great time Not even going to mention the little tiny negatives because they are just not worth mentioning

I am sad to be leaving the hotel today, the service is excellent, they all work incredibly hard to deliver this perfect stay. The rooms are big, stylish and peaceful, beds so comfy that you don’t want to leave them. Lovely walk in shower. Food is good, nice selection. Entertainment excellent. Beach is spotless, as is the entire resort. Peaceful and you can walk out into the sea a long way, which is rare. The swimming pools are stunning and huge. I didn’t go preferred club, but don’t feel i missed out. Only slight criticism was i was not told the a la carte restaurants were only open on the weekend and as i arrived Wednesday night and left the following Thursday i missed out on these. So i think that should be communicated on arrival/checkin. I would 100% come back to this hotel. Not the area though, as there is little to do here.

This is a lovely hotel with very good facilities and amazing views from the rooms facing the ocean. The all inclusive food and drink package was very good value . Cleanliness was very good and all members of staff encountered were polite and attentive. The negatives are minor and go down to personal preferences. The shower towels in the room were far too small to dry you. And if you're a brit who likes milk with their tea there was none provided in the room. It was avaible in the main restaurant but the staff when serving drinks found it difficult to serve and provide a decent cuppa. This was our second trip to Bulgaria and again I was overall impressed with the standards. If you are thinking of somewhere nice to go and have a relaxing week with the indulgences of all inclusive then this hotel provides just that.

We are currently at this hotel room 222 2nd floor sea view we are very pleased with everything clean comfortable rooms quite to all the rest of the hotel is kept well and clean ,staff all friendly Food is decent could do with being a little hotter ,drinks are decent beach area lovely and safe to and weather hot

We are here now go home Saturday hotel is absolutely amazing loved every minute food and staff are fantastic keep up the good work definitely be coming back xxxx

Fabulous customer service, we arrived after long delays at 2am the receptionist was fantastic, fast and efficient, The hotel’s market cafe was amazing, lots to choose for every breakfast and evening dinner along with a couple of themed nights too, we also ate in the oceana and portofino restaurant which were also very good, lunch at the barefoot restaurant is excellent, the waiting team are fantastic, fast and efficient. The only negative restaurant was the seaside grill on the beach, we went for lunch not realising it’s shared with Dreams hotel and was full of children and very canteen based, and free for all …..plus no wine! served only beer and soft drinks at lunchtime… so hot footed it back to the barefoot cafe which is brilliant. The rooms are clean and the beds so comfortable we didn’t make breakfast many mornings as we were so relaxed and sleepy. I cannot praise the hotel staff enough all very friendly and efficient. The pool area and beach are fabulous along with the pool bar staff…. Always lots of sunbeds available. Morning yoga and pool aerobics were great. The only negative thing I can say is I hated the preferred guest word… it makes it seem that other guests are not wanted…. We were not preferred guests and I did not need the silly extras like the ‘preferred guests lounge’ boring and un inspiring room, the glass of sparkling wine on arrival ( the bar is there and you can get the drink of your choice) the restaurants are open to all guests as long as you book them. It made the hotel look dated and old fashioned making a fuss of ‘ preferred guests’ but I guess it’s the guests who pay extra for very little extras are the uneducated ones. It was a wonderful stay ….. thank you to all the fabulous hotel staff for making my holiday so special.

Start at the front, reception. We arrived in the early hours, were checked in quickly, I think the lady wanted to return to the party in the bar with her colleagues so we got no information on the preferred club amenities that were part of our package. At the other end, they tried to charge us for drinks that the ticket clearly showed were charged to another room. After numerous members of staff tried to work out how to make a 7 look like a 4, they gave up and simply said we won't charge you for those drinks! Good, they weren't ours! Now apology, no acknowledgement they made a mistake, just we'll do you a favour and not charge you for something you didn't have! The room was excellent, huge bed, nice amount of space, decent size bathroom that could be separated from the rest if the suite, safe, table, plenty of seating, a fridge, plenty of storage. Very good. Food, the main restaurant was ok, wide variety, bit lacking in the sweet department. Table servers were prompt and attentive, if they were wearing a blue shirt, the black shirt (obviously a higher rank) seemed to think that rank meant they didn't need to bother with service, but the blue shirts were more than happy to help efficiently. Pool area, loads of beds and umbrellas with fixed tables, the beach towels were generally shabby to in poor repair, as were the umbrellas and the pins to hold them in place were a valuable commodity. You have to join the crowd, and once you find a pin, hang on to it for the duration of your stay. The pool was massive, with a proper length swimming pool to get some serious lengths in. Pool bar and the obligatory geriatric s"x pool made up the facilities. Fridges dotted about kept well stocked with water pop and beer. The bars varied, the main bar was great, delicious drinks, prompt friendly service, the nightclub bar erred towards get as much booze in the glass as you can making some efforts undrinkable. The waitresses on the terrace were excellent. I would love to see their step counts at the end of the night. They never stopped serving or smiling, a credit to the place. The Italian restaurant was very good, good food and service, the seafood restaurant a disappointment, service was terrible, food a let down. The Italian doubled as the lunchtime eatery and was really good, good selection, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, tapas, sushi, great salads. Other amenities: The gym was well equipped, a good shop, and the spa looked really well run and equipped, though we didn't actually use it. The entertainment was sketchy, bit of a throwback to earlier times with a singing act or 2 murdering various songs, a laboured music bingo game one night where we were all praying for someone to win, an acrobatic show that was really random, and a magic show that we skipped all for about an hour a night. There was organised fun during the day by the pool that was always well attended, and the obligatory aqua fit twice a day. The resort of sunny beach is to be experienced, secrets is far enough away that you can pick and choose if and when you want to. I'm very glad not to be closer as a lot of the hotels are. All in all, it was an enjoyable visit and holiday. Reception and some of the service let's them down somewhat, the lack of information on the amenities available to preferred club members disappointing although once we found out for ourselves, the lounge, separate restaurant and poolside areas were nice and the little extras like cold towels, fruit cups etc were appreciated.

Nice experience although we were charged twice the parking fee and one month later we did not get the amount extra charge reimbursed. Honestly, we weren’t expecting this, especially that we created ourselves a habit to visit the Hotel for summer holiday for the last couple of years.
