The property has several unlisted issues. The swimming pool is unusable due to green algae. There is no air conditioning in the halls or around the facility, and the AC only works properly in the lobby. The air conditioning units in the rooms did not function at all. We had two rooms, and our request to change them was refused by the staff and management. Additionally, the soda machines at breakfast were not working. We attempted to have breakfast three days in a row, but there was no food available other than muffins and bagels.

Wet spot on the carpet in the hallway. Only one elevator working. Swimming pool was green and I hope it was closed. We would have liked to take a cool swim. Our room door was very noisy. Wallpaper throughout the place needs to be replaced. A/C slow to cool. I would have expected way better quality.
We loved how quiet the area was. The rooms were nice smelling and super clean. The carpet in front of our original room was soaked with a water leak. The staff changed our rooms immediately to get it fixed. 10/10 would come here again.

This property is in a very bad area. The property itself smells like weed and no security at all as anyone can come in without the need to swipe the card up-to your room. There were water leakages, lifts weren’t working, appliances in the room were out of order, walls were super thin. We couldn’t sleep at all and decided to early cancel our 7 day booking and checked out the first night itself at 2am.
The entrance was not appealing. The carpet was soaking wet, and the elevators were broken.
No a/c in the hallways.

The service desk was not helpful when needing toiletries and essentials for my family's stay. The pool was not accessible and that is why I wanted to stay there. The food (breakfast) was not what I expected - not good. The TV channels were not working. The elevator kept breaking down
IT stunk when we got in the room the smoke detector was removed the bed was dirty.
