Hôtel très bien placé et vaste. Plage très agréable (en juin) et couchers de soleils fabuleux. Chambre à coté de la piscine "Adult only" très confortable. Propreté de l'établissement parfaite, y compris pour la chambre. Entretiens des espaces verts parfaits. Repas très bons le matin et le soir et un peu limités en choix pour le midi, surtout quand on passe 2 semaines. Un gros plus pour tout le personnel accueillant, aimable, souriant, à l'écoute des clients, toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous avons aussi apprécié la visite de la station de recyclage des eaux de l'hôtel et la présence d'un jeune flamand rose (à qui vous devriez donner un ou plusieurs compagnons pour lui éviter l'ennui mais nous avons conscience de l'investissement)

Un petit couac sur l'annulation du taxi de retour qui n'avait pas été faite alors que 3 personnes étaient au courant et l'accueil WhatsApp aussi ... Excursions organisées par l'hôtel à des tarifs parfois trop hauts et sans garantie (en particulier l'hélicoptère). Le sans-gêne de certains clients qui se croient tout permis parce qu'ils payent et ne respectent pas la tranquillité des autres avec leur GSM sur haut-parleur continuellement, y compris à table. C'est insupportable, il faut absolument faire respecter le calme des autres.

My wife and I chose Sugar Beach for our babymoon, and we couldn’t have picked a better location. Being a new mum-to-be she we were both naturally a little cautious when it came to ordering pregnancy-friendly food or mocktails, but the staff were totally on the ball and nailed every request. Indeed, the staff were absolutely stellar. The waiters at the Patio restaurant, the adult pool team and the sport centre boys were so warm, friendly and welcoming. They really made our stay the great experience it was. The room was comfortable, and the housekeeping folks really looked after us. Facilities were good, and the beach was super clean and picturesque perfect. Thank you to the entire team for making our last big holiday before baby such a great experience. Like many other new parents we saw there, maybe we’ll be back with our child in the next year!

Very very little. If I had to pick, I would say I wasn’t so impressed with the Mare Mare restaurant or Buddha Bar. The service was a bit slow/hit and miss for me, and the entertainment a bit lacklustre. Also, a few items of buffet food would be always cold (that should be hot, like bacon!). However, a simple request to one of the lovely chefs there and they would warm it up for you right there.

La chambre été propre. Le personnel été particulièrement gentil et attentionné. L’emplacement est bien. La vue est à coupé le souffle. L’hôtel est grand et dispose de beaucoup d’équipements.
