"Nice food but service needed improvement as it was too busy"

The food is the best at Sugar beach and water sports are amazing. The water was so clear and great to paddle on everyday. The staff were all really nice.

Biggest issue is the resort was really busy and full of kids screaming. The restaurant seemed too busy so every morning and night we didn’t get any service. No one came to ask if we wanted a drink. It was hard to even get cutlery or a coffee at breakfast. The staff even said they were too busy.

Çalışanlarının güler yüzlü ve yardım sever olmasını çok sevdik.

Yarım /tam pansiyon fark etmeksizib masalarda bir şişe su olmalıydı. Masalara sorulmadan kağıt peçete ve ıslak mendil konulmalıydı. Bir de beach e verilen siparişler geç ve çoğu zaman yeterli sıcaklıkta gelmedi.

Service in allen Restaurants super, besonders im Buffet Restaurant haben uns Shandranessen, Daen und Naomi hervorragend bedient. Im Restaurant Mare Mare vorzügliche Küche und aufmerksamer Service.

Die Outdoor Lounge Möbel vor Buddha Beach Bar restaurierungsbedürftg, Polster verfärbt und 1 Polster war eingerissen.
