Excellent location being right by the train station and city centre. Both room and bathroom were of a good standard. Cleanliness was good

If staying on a Saturday night check where your room is located as the hotel is very near Botchergate. Therefore music (very loud music) is playing until 03.00hrs.

The (rotten) windows were painted shut, room was stuffy. A member of staff managed to open one a little bit. The room was towards the back and was very loud

Noise, stuffiness of the room. The whole of the hotel has seen better times. I didn't think it was value for money. However, the staff were friendly enough

"Perfect location for anyone catching or arriving by train. 12 minute walk to Castle. 15 minute walk to park."
