The property in general has a tired worn ambiance. The bathroom floor tile grout is dark with age, the caulk hardened & discolored. One of the decorative bed spreads had a cigarette burn hole in it though the room was none smoking. The advertised breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, two different kinds of pastries, coffee. Luckily there was a nearby Golden Corral within walking distance. Though the staff was polite it was not enough to overcome the deficiencies for a better grade.

had to get key redone every night, bathroom not clean , floor was sticky , beds are old amd springy. water in shower barely had enough preassure to shower.
