Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Brooks - Louisville South

The hotel was ok for an older hotel. Everything was clean but the bed did smell like piss. The location is good, right next to a Taco Bell, waffle house and truck stop. We parked at the truck stop and walked across the street to get a room which was very convenient. The guy who checked us in asked me to give $60 in cash for the incidentals. I didn’t have cash to give, I have never been asked for cash at any hotel I have stayed at.

Not the fanciest hotel, but for a family of four that just needed a place to stay for the night, this was a good place and one we’ll probably make use if again. Price was good and staff was friendly. The room was very large. The beds were not the greatest, but we’ve slept on much worse in fancier hotels. The fixtures and furniture weren’t the newest and fanciest, but it was clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very happy with our overall experience.

Too noisy with trains continuously blaring their horns at 4am and on.

Dirty room, pet fur, soap left in the shower, smelled terribly of cheap cleaning products, door didn't shut correctly and had a crack of light and air even locked, breakfast was old cereal, 2 pieces of stale bread and cold coffee

Friendly service, comfortable beds, amenities satisfactory....good bang for the buck. Coffee was good in the morning ..would like a better selection for continental breakfast but overall.. No complaints here.

Heater didn’t work. Bathroom light didn’t work. Breakfast was a choice of 3 baby muffins. No kids for coffee.

This is a quiet, comfortable place. Friendly staff. The room was clean. The mattress was excellent. Breakfast had very little to offer, but the low price made up for it .i would definitely come back.

No breakfast, not a very nice room. Didn't change our towels or make the bed or Empty trash cans. Will not stay there again . This was a business trip

Door didnt lock properly. Smelled like an ashtray, irritated the kids and I's asthma for many days after the stay. Cigarette burn holes in the blankets. Would never recommend. Would rather sleep in my car.

The gentleman who checked my in was friendly, kind & polite. The room was clean & quiet. I enjoyed my stay.
