We did not get the room we paid for, they wanted to charge us more for it. But of course we didn't get a refund for the lesser room.

The clerk was professional but i had a hard time understanding him his English was bery poor

I was not aware this was an outdoor entrance to rooms hotel. I had a bad experience in one and have never felt safe staying on one again. This was not disclosed on any of the pictures on Expedia! When i found this out and tried to get a refund, even though I felt unsafe, and I expressed that to Expedia, the hotel was unwilling to refund my stay! Very Disappointed in Choice Hotels, I expected better!

I refuse to stay at his place. It was filthy and falling down around itself. It was in horrible condition, and they still charged me for one night. Do not stay here. It is horrible.

Hotel room was clean and very basic. Great for a quick overnight stay while you are traveling. Coffee, juice, muffin only for breakfast, however popular restaurants nearby. Front desk polite. Parking close and free. Pet friendly and no extra fee.

Advertised as pet friendly via hotels.con yet charged $10 pet fee and placed on 2nd floor

Recommended by a truck driver as being convenient, clean, and easy access to freeway. I agree. It was quiet, and the staff was very pleasant.

We were given a smoking room when I specifically reserved a non smoking room. The attendant stated it was expedias fault and the hotel was sold out. After seeing the room and the filthy condition, I went back to the front desk to find the doors locked with a sign stating “No Vacancy”. No one answered the phone and I was unable to get any assistance and we did not have bed linens or towels
