Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Brooks - Louisville South

Our two night stay was okay, but disappointing. We appreciated being able to change our booking from a one bed room to two to accommodate our grand children; however, I was told my card was charged $149.00 and could not give me a receipt. When I checked my receipt in an email later, I was actually charged $183.00. Everything was clean and comfortable; however, there was no wifi, which I needed. The continental breakfast was sparce with two cereal choices and mini cinnamon rolls. We had stayed at another Econo Lodge the previous night for $30.00 less per night, in better condition, had wifi, and more breakfast offerings. We were disappointed.

Old and out dated. Not much for Breakfast. No Napkins. Bed was Not at all Comfortable. Would not stay again

Room was clean and comfy. Road noise was a tad loud from the interstate but nothing that couldn't be drowned out by a sleep app. Breakfast was laughable - 6 mini-muffins and some cereal. That was it. So that was disappointing but for the price, it was a comfortable and safe stay.

do not go to this hotel i booked no smoking they gave me smoking i requested non they wanted more money, filthy hotel.

I am very disappointed with Expedia. I tried to find this location based on the Expedia address and ended up driving out to a country home. I called numerous times and could not reach a human. I was told I could not get my money back. I tried to get in contact with a live person at Expedia and have not been successful. I feel it is unfair to charge someone for something they did not get. Especially since the address was incorrect. I was miles away from home and relied on the accuracy of the app to get me to a safe place to stay. I am out over a hundred bucks and not even a sorry. I still would love to see my justice and get my money back.

The first clerk had not been trained enough & I was unable to find rest of my reservation & so I had to call the third party i reserved room with & was on phone for 2 hrs to confirm yet still clerk said she couldn't do anything. Another clerk finally arrived showed her my email confirmations & she got entire reservation confirmed. The room was not cleaned efficiently at all; toilet had partial fecal matter on seat, shower dirty, floors not swept & clean. Furniture not wiped down( really dusty) , & roomed smelled strongly of cigarette smoke yet was supposed to be non- smoking. I had to clean & wipe down everything before we were able to go to bed & it was late. My family & I did not enjoy our stay & I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel. Stinks like boys locker room after football game. Customer service horrible. Charge extra if you pay ahead.

Orbitz apparently booked a smoking room (so I had to show that I had booked a non-smoking room). After a back and forth with the front desk they finally gave us a non-smoking room. Upon entering the non-smoking room it stank of smoke and there were cigarette burns in the blanket?! So much for non-smoking rooms. Only there to sleep and slept on top of the covers!! Looking for roadside and cheap then this is it… anything more keep driving.

Other then the room wasnt clean when they gave us the key an they never fixed the sink things where good
