It was nice and clean. Location to everything was great. Staff was nice and helpful

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE! Unfortunately, I cannot give this place a ZERO star, or I would. Do not read this review and think I'm a disgruntled customer; instead look at the pictures, because they speak for themselves. This Residence Inn should gutted and completely remodeled. However, that isn't the main issue - the manager clearly has no idea what is going on and/or doesn't care. This place is dirty, completely unsanitary, and has major issues from the manager, to the staff, and house keeping. But really, it comes down to management. This is a dingy, dirty, and unacceptable. I can assure you this place is not cleaned; anywhere! From the moment you walk into the side entrance, or lobby, you are greeted with bugs, leaves, and trash. The hallways are dingy ad dirty and everything in my room was wiped down before I was comfortable and honestly, I was NEVER comfortable at this hotel and I certainly feel safe. Even the parking lot was littered with trash, beer cans, tequila bottles (broken glass) and we had to be careful where we walked! If I would have been able to find another hotel for all of our guests that night, we would have left immediately. Still unsure? Look at the pictures for yourself. If finding a dirty, used NEEDLE isn't enough, just keep looking because I've also attached more pictures of the bugs crawling in the sink, and the "bug hallway". Hopefully this review saves someone a huge headache and you choose another hotel! I assure you, this is not one that you will want to revisit!

Pool was broken and never had maid Service for 4 days. For 4 days I had to get towels and take out the trash and make the bed.

Front desk help was great, the room however, was not

Excellent and friendly staff made the stay really pleasant. The front desk as well as housekeeping staff were really great -- receiving parcels, providing extra towels, cleaning up the suite impeccably were some things I liked very much.

Location.

The pictures speaks by themselves. The room needs heavy cleaning and maintenance. We tried to change rooms but the alternative was pretty much the same. We were supposed to stay there for 7 nights. We moved out after the first night.
