Nothing!!!!

Dirty, the facility also had a smell, unfriendly, staff person knew nothing about the town, or surrounding area. Told me to just look on google. We had booked a Mountain View and you would have to go out your door and stand there. There were no chairs or deck out side the rooms. They had a small deck on backside that was used for smoking… ugh!!! We chose not to stay there. It was not what bookings.com showed. Those pictures must have been 15 to 20 years old.

Beautiful view. My cabin had a full garbage and a strange pine sol smell, tv inop , but great coffee. No towels. After the girl came over and helped figure out the keys and tv, and turned on the lights, it was nicer.

It was in a pretty location.

Room was very small and cramped. The rooms were right off the bar, which was closed at the time, otherwise it would have been too loud.

The property was quite good value for the area. The bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast was ok.

We initially booked on the premise that there was a functioning restaurant/bar on the premises but this was not the case as it was closed. The decor and furnishings were very tired and breakfast area didn’t have a sink.

Nice and clean space.

The staff went above and beyond to help my mom, sister and I. Cynthia and Phil treated us like family. We rolled in at midnight on two flat tires and they were right there making sure we had something to eat, our room temperature was good, and that we had everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable Ive ever slept on, it could have been the exhaustion of the day but they were some awesome beds. They helped us a find a repair guy in town the next day that helped us on a holiday, no less. We would have had to pay hundreds for a tow truck. While we waited for the repairs they had a very cozy lounge area where we played some board games. I don’t usually write reviews like I should so this is a little all over the place, but Cantwell lodge was a huge highlight of our trip!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative.

The windows did not have screens so we could not open them and it was very hot in the room.

Very friendly staff eager to help and make sure we had a comfortable stay.
