no hot water and no TV

I think it was a joke especially since they wanted to charge $5 for Danish and coffee considering we paid $200 a night to stay in this shady place

Outside appearance as soon as we drove up was terrible. Overgrown grass and chairs turned over. Cynthia met us there to show us in and seemed to be attentive but as it turned out she was not !! Upon entry it smelled strong of possibly a bug spray . Our bathroom was clean but took forever for hot water to reach sink then it was scalding. Then the shower hot water would never get hot and would turn to ice cold so we couldn't even take a short shower.This place was so bad that we decided just to lose our money for second night because she said could not refund. I sent her a text and tried calling about the shower temp and she still never responded. Please DO NOT waste your money on this place !!!! Beds very uncomfortable but it could be because I couldn't sleep due to fear of bugs and the smell.. only positive note is that I actually didn't see any

Short drive to Denali. Clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was awesome! Homemade and fresh fruit

Cabin was very cute and clean!

The location is off the beaten track. You need to buy food elsewhere. Breakfast is provided at the hotel. We stayed in the cabin which was very nice. A little awkward if you have to go to the restroom at night, since it is in the main building. All in all, a nice stay.

The staff was super accomodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We didn't really use the breakfast included but it was there.

The rooms are super small. Functional, but at the limit of functionality.

Stayed here for Denali tours the next morning. Cheaper than any of the other, closer options. The bed was very comfortable. Shower had good pressure. There was continental breakfast.

The facility has seen better days, but it was very clean in the room. The bed was difficult to access because of the size of the room, unless you wanted to hop in from the foot of the bed. The room smelled a bit too much like a dollar store for my liking. The train went by in the middle of the night and was incredibly loud and shook the whole place - if that's a problem for you.

It was very clean. Cynthia was very friendly and helpful.

No one was there when we checked in. No one told us where breakfast was so we waited an hour and a half. It was hard to find someone to check us out
