AmeriVu Inn-Gilbertsville

I Booked a non smoking room but got a smoking. There were exposed wires on the wall, the ac did not work very well and did not have a temperature control, and everytime someone in the next room smoked pot i could smell it comong through the vent in the bathroom. The wall behind the bed hasd drip marks from an unknow substance.

It was very run down. Had no cleaning while there for 3 days.

Air conditioning did not work . We had to repack and change rooms. It took about an hour for new room to get down to comfortable temp. TV did not work properly- it was stuck on wrong HDMI channel. Had to unplug/plug all connections. In morning it worked

Not very clean. Bed covers had cigarette burns. The lady who did check in and out was very nice and made the check in and out process very easy and quick.

Room wasnt clean. Shower head was not high enough on the wall. The room wan not very clean.

Pool and staff

when we arrived the first lady acted as if we didnt belong there and she kept chaning stuff on the room then we get to the room not to mention it looked as if it was a home for crack heads if anyone needed any type of a drug you could have found it there our room was not clean at all the keys from the last people was still in the room as well as a dirt bed trash in the trah cans used towels on the bathroom floor and mind you this was a holiday weekend it was so scary i didnt feel safe as to walk to my car the pics online doesnt match to what the hotel looked like thank goodness we was able to leave and get a room else where i also took pics to proof everthing as we arrived

everything it was nasty

We booked our rooms on Hotel.com and when we arrived we were told that they didn't have any rooms. They need to get their communications cleared up.
