Room smelled like old smoke, mattress was questionable for black spots, floor was damp, iron steps to rooms rusted and chipped.Husband got glass in his foot

no bugs, quiet, comfortable bed but everything in the room was very damp to the touch, and same in the morning, also room had unfinished drywall repair on every wall, needed painting, pool was closed for repair, breakfast was bare minimal, only had the coffee which was ok. For one night it was barely acceptable

Really disappointed we couldn’t get ground floor! We are old and can’t get around too good!! Stayed here before and was pleased! This trip, we had to climb stairs and room was poor at best! Beds were not comfortable,a/c was noisy and very dark in room! We only stayed because we booked 3rd party and couldn’t get a refund! Great young lady at front desk!

Filthy smelled of smoke was supposed to be a smoke free room . They were people running around all night our smoke alarm chirped all night long could not use any bed covers and there were holes from cigarette burnt in them

It was great but there were roaches and spiders I left at 430 am to be to work they wasn’t in the lobby when I returned my key I did get a picture of the spider in the bed I really would like a refund credited to my one key

Everything was close by!! Very accessible from the hotel!!

Dirty, moldy, bugs, holes in walls, paint coming off walls, cigarette burns etc..

Nobody was in the staff area when I arrived. The Hotel did not seem well maintained. It also seemed to be populated strictly by locals that had fallen on hard times. We were given a key to a room. When we went up to the room and unlocked the door it was occupied by a couple of half dressed people. I quickly shut the door. I went downstairs and told the staff that people were already in the room. Another staff member arrived and they bickered about whether somebody was still supposed to be in the room or not. The Motel had no more 2 bedroom rooms. They were unapologetic about the situation and just said contact Expedia for a refund. Very dissatisfying experience.
