Propane was out so no hot water, which isn't something I'm holding against them. It was the condition of the place. Run down, outdated, dirty. Vomit in the stairwell that barely got cleaned. Seagul feathers in every hallway. Rooftop, which is your main view on certain floors when you leave your room, we're covered in feces, feathers, and other unknown crap. Parking lots were the same. Nothing was probably been replaced or updated in over 20 years. TV's didn't work, both of them, beds were hard and blankets had a smell. Cracked, broken tile everywhere, doors that barely worked. Also they failed their health inspection so there is no food available, the advertised attached restaurant looked like it had been closed for years, more like abandoned for years. Do not stay here. Disgusting and not worth the price or the cost of enjoying our stay

I booked this hotel through Expedia which meant I prepaid $250 for one night. When we arrived to check in, the hotel associate asked if the front desk had gotten ahold of us to let us know there was no hot water available for the whole weekend, to which I replied no. Because there was no hot water, there also was no laundry, so there were no towels available at all. Like none. Our bathroom had been used prior to us arriving to the room and it wasn't cleaned. This place is old and dilapidated and we had no choice but to stay there as a family of 4 to take no showers (while getting sandy at the beach) because there was an event in town and no availability anywhere else. When I complained to Expedia that our stay experience was unacceptable, I was only offered a 20% refund. Absolutely terrible experience. Would never return.

The hotel did not have hot water. The entire property was dirty, there was vomit in the stairwell, garbage on the parking lot, and old food sitting at the table in the lobby. The lights are burned out and flickering. The 1 towel in our room was dingy, the beds are horrible. The room was $265 for one night and they refunded me $37 for no hot water. This place needs to be dropped to the ground and rebuilt or owners that will care enough to face lift and keep it running.

No hot water. We were notified the morning of our stay that the propane tanks were down. Too late to find another hotel. So not hot water, no towels and no coffee in the room even though there is a coffee pot.

Very beautiful location! View from the room is so amazing! The room is spacious and quiet. Their propane is not working so no hot water but they let us know in advance. The front desk lady Autumn wasn’t at her best with me when we first arrived but upon later interactions she was trying harder to be nice and helpful.

If you are looking for a hotel that has not been updated since the late 90s, this is your place! But it may not have been deep cleaned since then either… Let’s start at the beginning. You are greeted by a failing neon, trash filled parking lot, and general unkempt feeling. The only operational door is half working. The other half is hanging on by a screw and a prayer. The fish tank wall in the lobby is - well - green; and just sad. The foyer had broken and loose tiles and a “caution wet floor” sign that was up the entire three days we were there. The carpeted areas throughout the building were *squichy* and damp. We were the only car in the parking lot at check in, clearly the only guest there the week after the 4th, and somehow still were placed in a room on the entire opposite end of the building. Not joking. It was a 1/4 mile walk to our room. Which normally would have been fine if any of the other external doors in the building were working, but they weren’t. Then as we walk up to our room we notice a pile of dirty bedding in the hallway RIGHT next to our room door. We just figured the crew was coming back to grab it soon since we checked in early. Boy, were we wrong. It remained there the entire stay and may still be there to this day… the bedroom area and bathroom were *generally* clean. But we still pulled out the Clorox wipes and didn’t touch anything without washing our hands.. I’m out of room but check out the pictures for the patio, also bad... Staff was kind.

Location is great but has done very little to keep the place up. Our door keys never worked , had to go to the front desk to get new key before we could even get into the room after check in and two more times in the two days we were there. The third floor had seagull feathers all up and down the hallway from windows being open with no screens. I had to wash the windows and door that led to the balcony and the glass railing wind screen had seagull all over it, the paint was peeling overhead and looked like its never been up kept since it was new. It used to be a very nice place but no more, the restaurants and coffee bar were closed do to the health dept. The staff were pleasant and said they only had two maids for the building so that explains some things but the bottom line is probably wont be back unless changes are made, covid probably didnt help the business either, Iam glad to see its still open but something needs to be done, i do feel sorry for the staff having to apologize for the condition of the place. Oh and no coffee for the coffee maker, and the Refrigerator was adjusted to barely get cold and had to trouble shoot ourselves.

Property is under promoted and therefore unable to hire adequate staff The staff that is there is excellent. Out of @ 130 rooms only 15 occupied What was once a majestic facility is less now. Beautiful dining room is not operational, sad
