Shilo Inn Suites Ocean Shores

Our room has no towels no soap no cups fireplace fan not working pool and hot tub out of service and we had to go downstairs to pick up all that should been in room they said they couldn't bring it up to us

Really rundown. Not enough towels, cups, coffee Pretty sad

The best par was having the top floor room for a nice sun set and sun rise that was about it. the staff was nice and helpful but they can only do so much with what they have, upper management has failed to manage this property is probably do to budget issues.

The restaurant was shut down by the health department and the pool was down. The patio deck had plenty of bird poop.

Pool was not functional , no breakfast restaurant was closed, no paper towels or napkins, not recommended

It is 9:16 I’m in Room 215 . It is very noisy, sounds like large kids are running and jumping off the furniture or the beds. This noise has been constant since approximately 7pm. 😬
