Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea

We stayed at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea for our anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt special — the views, the calm, and above all, the genuine care from the staff. A special shout-out to Boeker, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. He personally arranged a thoughtful celebration and ensured a late check-out that made all the difference after our long travels. His kindness and professionalism reflected the true aloha spirit that defines the Four Seasons experience. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return. 🌺💛

Beautiful resort. Everything was absolutely perfect. Room was impeccable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool and beach area were really nice. Will stay here again.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience for a luxury vacation. There were several lies told regarding my room, including the claim that I had been contacted on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, this did not happen, which meant I had to wait without a room until 3 p.m. In addition, due to the current construction work in the north tower, it was extremely noisy, especially after 9 a.m., so instead of a quiet luxury stay one had to deal with very loud disturbances. For that reason, I must say that the money spent here was simply not worth it. I had already addressed all of these points in writing to the Holiday Düring my stay, but unfortunately received no response from the hotel.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Four Seasons Maui! As a gay couple celebrating our honeymoon, we were really excited about our stay at the Four Seasons Maui, but honestly, it was a huge letdown. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely unwelcome. The parking attendants were incredibly rude. They wouldn’t let us park our own car unless we paid them extra to do it, and honestly, the way they treated us was just disrespectful. We were dressed nicely and was polite, but they acted like we were a burden unless you were greasing their palm constantly with dollars. It made us feel really uncomfortable and out of place. We also dined at Spago, thinking it would be a special experience. Instead, we were shocked by how underwhelming the meal was. It wasn’t just overpriced it didn’t even come close to the best food we had during our trip. We ended up spending over $500 plus tax on a meal that just wasn’t worth it. The lack of respect from the parking staff and hosts really soured the experience for us. If you're looking for a place that will treat you with respect, especially if you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community, I’d definitely recommend spending your money elsewhere. There are plenty of amazing local restaurants that will make you feel welcome and offer much better food and service for a fraction of the price. Just had it was for one night as we had a much better experience at Hilton villas in Maui -
