The view was great, parking was good. Room size was nice. There was dust on the lamps and walls. The ice bucket and tray were dirty. The bed was so old it caved in the middle. The patio door was no longer attached. Microwave and fridge were ancient. There was a strong smell of men's cologne in the room that didn't go away. The price was great. Looked like they might be in the process of updating. Within walking distance to plenty of dining options. The docks were in serious need of repair.
I enjoyed having the patio to sit outside enjoying the fresh air and watch the boats go by on the river. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was very poor for the shower. The screen door was broke and the toilet ran frequently. The bathroom had multiple spider webs in it.
Pros-Beautiful scenery with river off balcony. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and gas stations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cons- Stains throughout carpet, furniture dated , mattress was old and lumpy. When I started the water for the bathtub , a huge clump.of hair came floating from drain, it'was really gross. Towels- there were 3 small bath towels available for 2 of us to use over 2 days- advise to bring your own.towels. For the price, it was acceptable with great location and view.
Don't judge this book by the cover. The rooms are warm and inviting and very clean. Second floor balcony overlooking the river is very nice!
The room had a patio overlooking the main canal. It was fun to watch boats going by. The room was large. The TV was very small and there was enough space for a comfortable chair...but there was none. No breakfast -just coffee. Price was good. Would stay there again if we are in the area.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sitting on the boardwalk behind the hotel was very peaceful.

Owners were very nice and the only thing we noticed was the sink faucet didnt have very much pressure and there was a gap between rug and hard floor that should be taken care of in room 107. Could be a slight trip hazard, Other than that it was great.
Attendant very kind and personable, nice dock and canal behind our room to enjoy the evening. There was an area out of the weather to park our motorcycle.
