Great Location
Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Definitely needs some upgrades and fixes. Door lock was iffy on the outside door.
All the rooms have a great river view and either a balcony or patio, which is lovely. That one factor made all the difference in our stay. Otherwise, it was average. An older motel and could use updating, but it was reasonably clean.
Maybe paint entryway hallway stairs
We’ll say the friendly check in and the little porch overlooking the river was the best thing about this hotel.
Owner/Manager was willing to add an extra night prior to our arrival but moved us to a double queen room at $20 extra. The room was on the 1st floor. The bed was comfortable , but the room needs updating, the mineral build up on the shower faucet and shower head were gross. Appears hotel is being renovated. Sounded like workers were painting or doing something very noisy until after 10pm and starting again around 6:20am. I understand renovation is noisy but don’t expect people to be OK with trying to sleep in the room underneath! Room is facing a canal and that is nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The host was the best, very cordial and helpful. Room was dated, but clean. Nice ombiance being on the water. Nice and quiet.
