Hotel Fleur De Lys

The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. We were in the farthest room up with some heavy bags would be the only negative, but it was still a great place!

We find this hotel to be a delightful charming downtown San Jose experience. There are great restaurants in the are and walking distance to exploring the core of San Jose. We were warmly received. The welcome smoothie was a nice touch. We missed breakfast due to a super early flight but appreciated the 24 hour front desk and lobby coffee for our early departure. There is the typical downtown sounds. We did not have a room with air conditioning, so with the windows openwe heard the sound.

This is a beautiful old hotel, immaculately clean, just a few minutes off Avenue Central. Very nice buffet breakfast included. A train runs nearby but stops at 9:30pm, then starts early. Wasn’t a problem for us. We booked 1 night, and liked it so much booked 2 more.

Great location. Great breakfast. Beautiful historic house converted to hotel. Water flow in shower and toilet slow.

Our stay was very good. We have stayed many times at this hotel and we like the historic character of the hotel. The central area of San Jose is very close within walking distance. The car park is very close and secure. We plan to stay again in the near future.

Enjoyed the heritage nature of the building. The steps and staircase would be challenge for physically impaired. Not forme. Excellent breakfast in pleasant dining room. Lots of quiet, comfortable seating areas,nice outdoor seating area. The staff were wonderful.Yendry, Alfredo, Caesar, were most helpful. Severe winter weather in Canada delayed our arrival, we missed our first lodging and our rental car booking., and were unable to ent another car. Luvianca was incredibly helpful. Her efforts got us to Santa Elena on the date we expected. Very much appreciated her efforts.

Great hotel. Easy check in. Great front desk staff. Great location, walking distance to many museums.

Service by front desk helping me with a rental car company was outstanding. Clean, nice hotel with good food. Close to a street car or train that beeps at every corner, but it stops at 9 pm.

Good accommodation within walking distance of the pedestrian mall and the main sights. Generous breakfast buffet. I had their driver pick me up from the airport which went very well. Their outdoor terrace was the welcome place to sit and have a drink and a bite to eat. several comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel. Nothing negative to report

It had a real heritage vibe(in a good way) . In a very quiet location but within 5-10 min to stores .
