The staff here are really friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. I witnessed them dealing with a couple of difficult customers at a wedding politely and kindly without being ruffled even though the guests were rude. The room was a nice temperature and the meal we had in Mr. Brown's was great - even though they'd run out of both my first choice of starter and main course!
