Property isn’t safe. Bugs all in my room. Orbitz wouldn’t let me cancel. Constant people just wondering around the property. Loud music played all night. Drunk people screaming in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Can’t even check in by going in the office; they make you stand outside and do it through a small window.

This hotel needs to be shut down! It’s in a bad area that is invested with drugs and prostitution. It’s so bad that some of the businesses have to close early or close the lobby due to the drugs. This property also has a $100 deposit for any damages which doesn’t make any sense because the property looks damaged already. The furniture is old. The bed sheets have cigarette burns on them. The shower and bathtub is not clean. It also has roaches and ants. The picture on the website is misleading. However the staff was great!

The first room had someone sleeping in it. The second one obviously had the door kicked in. One bad wasn’t made up properly. The sheets on both beds were stained (hopefully). There was bugs crawling around and was weird I couldn’t even go in the lobby.

$100 cash required to check in. “Our state is down so I can’t check you in” It’s 2am. Horrible customer service.

Rude staff, outdated room, stinky cigarette smoking rooms, broken light switches, broken toilet, dirty tub. Worse experience with a hotel room. Ruined our trip!

You might as well just ask to rent a pillow and sleep outside on the grass!! The furniture in the rooms all have missing handles or drawers and in my room they even took the fridge out and used it as an end table for a lamp! These first two complaints were to be expected as is is a 2 star hotel. BUT.. in addition to this the room was absolutely filthy and disgusting “. All of the bed spreads (comforter, cover and sheets)had holes, cigarette burns, and even had clear residue (what looked like hot glue but who even knows) to patch other holes. They held us from entering for an hour to “clean” the room yet when we walked inside there’s old black gum on the floor, the walls and ceilings are covered in different colored residues, and the front door has a 2 inch gap from reaching the floor and since these units are not inside… you will have bugs in your room and they will go in your bed (did not see bed bugs). Legs are now covered in bites and THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY to charge a 100$ security deposit?!?! I have requested a refund for this room and have been told nobody can do anything until the manager that can approve refunds arrives… conveniently one day after I leave the city.

La chica que me atendió habla español y fue muy atentos m pidió $100.00 de depósito en efectivo.. primero me dió desconfianza..pero al día siguiente me los devolvió..y hoy me voy a quedar en el mismo lugar

The tv didn’t even work

Rude evening front desk staff. Tv didn’t work. Bugs in room. Broken door lock. Old leftover food in fridge.
