Lotus Beach Hotel - Adults Only

We had the most amazing experience at Lotus. From when we first walked it felt tranquil and welcoming. Alex and his amazing team truly made our 30th anniversary perfect. From Karen at the front desk to all of our amazing servers always went above and beyond Leo, Juan and Clara helped us make lifelong memories and can’t wait to come back, next year!

Just finished my 10th or so visit to Lotus and Guru. We return because of Alexander being the best hotel manager. Karen also great. and Juan, Camilla, Arturo at Guru. The team they’ve had in place for past years are absolutely their best asset. We love you guys. They are why we return every few months.

Cons: A very intimate boutique hotel and beach club on the northern lagoon on Isla Mujeres was IMO over priced. The room was very nice but nothing special. Our plunge pool was scummy by the second day and I had to call maintenance to clean it. Outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the sink ran so slowly it filled with water everytime we used it. I When I came back from some shopping, one of the wait staff solicited me to buy silver jewelry. The water was off on two occasions and for our inconvenience we were offered a free night's stay on our next trip. We will not return to Lotus Beach Hotel. Pros: Karen, the concierge, was very helpful with information about island restaurants and activities. I, also, noticed she made a point to speak every day to all the hotel guests. There are Nespresso machines in the guest rooms, which was a nice surprise, and housekeeping did a good job The rate included a generous breakfast of fruit, bread, granola, yogurt, juice and American coffee.

Staff were amazing. Kerri was so welcoming and helpful. Such a great spot.

I booked this Hotel for my 60 th birthday. There was a hiccup with my booking but Alex made it work. We love the hotel ! The resort has a sophisticated elegance I appreciate. Karen went above and beyond during our stay. Helped with bags , taxi and a lovely birthday surprise. She was always ready with a beautiful smile on her face. The best part of the resort is really the staff!!!

I don’t think I can say enough good things about this resort, not only is it on the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres but it’s still tucked off where it feels secluded and quiet, the staff was amazing Karen who works the front desk during the day, went out of her way to help us with spa treatments, recommendations, and was really such a pleasure to be around, she was very personable and you could tell she loved what she did and she was happy to help in anyway she could, the Lotus was also walking distance to amazing food and shopping, the staff was amazing, our room was beautiful, and we already booked our next stay, couldn’t recommend this place more.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it was even more amazing this trip! For this vacation we booked 3 rooms for family to join us and they LOVED this boutique hotel! It is so dreamy to wake up on Playa Norte and take in all of it's beauty and peacefulness before the crowds arrive. Karen worked with me to get a golf cart rental and have a prosecco welcome set up in each room as well as decorate with rose petals for my daughter & son in law's 2nd anniversary. She made sure everything was expertly taken care of for our arrival. She was so lovely to communicate with and see each day at the hotel! Thank you Karen for pampering all 6 of us! You made this a WONDERFUL and memorable vacation! The food and drinks at the adjoining restaurant/beach club, GURU, is fresh and delicious and the service is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! We all felt safe and comfortable with our rooms and service! This beautiful hotel is such a gem and we can't wait to go back!

La camera in generale è molto grande, ed è posizionata proprio di fronte alla spiaggia. La piscina privata è un plus non da poco.

La doccia per quanto fosse grande e molto scenica, è un po' "pericolosa" soprattutto se è tutto bagnato.
