Lotus Beach Hotel - Adults Only

The location was perfect, right on the best beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us a lot of information about the island and recommendations for the best local spots to eat and drink. The room was very nice, very spacious and had everything we needed. Very relaxing stay, would definitely return.

Breakfast was included, but this only includes a small continental breakfast. We wanted something more substantial, so ended up either ordering from the menu or eating elsewhere, but this wasn't too much of an issue.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Lotus. Karen, Cari, Alexander, and their entire team made our stay extremely enjoyable. Our room (#6) had a perfect view from the second story. The room itself was both comfortable and clean, and we couldn't have asked for better amenities. We highly recommend booking your Isla Mujeres stay at Lotus!

This is the beach you want to be at. The bar side pool, the vibe, the food, the beach, the beachside beds, and staff bringing you food and cocktails all day. A tru place to lounge and relax. Very attentive staff. Location, location. I've been to 10 different places on Isla Mujeres. this is our 4th time back to this particular spot.

The Lotus is a great little place on the best beach in Isla Mujeres. Staff is extraordinarily accomodating, friendly and helpful with any needs. Would reccomend the plunge pool rooms. Great patio and the pool overlooks the beach. Place is very quiet in the morning and evening. Rooms were clean and AC works great. Close to Centro to walk but far enough you dont get the noise.

The staff were super friendly and the location on North Beach is excellent. Also within easy walking distance of the main shopping and restaurant street. Very enjoyable experience.

Really friendly staff, good food, lovely beach, close to everything

My husband and I travel to Isla Mujeres every spring. This year we decided to check out Lotus as we have walked by it on our way to Playa Norte, and we were curious about the amenities. Obviously, it’s right on the beach, which is prime location. We opted for a king suite with a plunge pool facing the ocean. The room itself was well appointed and had plenty of hot water, which is always a bonus on the island. The king bed was super comfortable and had outlets for charging phones and other devices. The bathroom was a little cramped, but that is to be expected for Isla. There was a nice large sitting area, which was great for having late night snacks and stashing all our purchases. The pool and beach area is a beach club during the day. But it does not get too crowded and is definitely not a typical drunken spring break beach party vibe. The menu is well thought out and the food is fantastic. Continental type breakfast was included with our room but we ordered additional items off the menu every day. The real star of the show is the service here. The front desk staff really goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you. In particular, Karen went over and above to make sure we had an amazing stay. There were a few hiccups, including TV and Internet service. You could tell she was really working to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. She gave great recommendations for dinners and even made us reservations. She is also local so had great tips for catching sunrises at Punta Sur and other options. Likewise, beach club staff was on top of their game the whole time, even though we do not drink alcohol. They made sure we had our preferred daybeds, juices, and meals at all times. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
