Grand Palms Spa & Golf Resort

I did enjoy live golf out my back window and still having a pool view through the front. Beautiful campus overall, beds were very nice.

No power to the outlets in the bedroom. Breakfast should be called a la carte snack bar, that's not breakfast for what we're paying

nos dieron una habitacion que no llegaba el ingernet, era una suite pero tod estaba viejo, tuvimos que bajarca pedir el cambio, nos dieron una habutacion mas pequeña, pedimos no servicio de limpieza y al dia siguiente nos tocaron la puerta para hacer la limpieza.

My room did not open with the magnetic key. I walked back and forward from the front desk to the room for about 5 times before they gave me another room.

The hotel is on the older side but has been maintained pretty well. The location was good for us. The breakfast was skimpy.

After flushing the toilet, it was not refilling the tank much of the time. I am sure it needed a new washer in the fill valve. The maintenance people did not understand and spoke only a little English. I was able to remove the top of the tank and jiggle the fill valve to get it to work when needed.
