"Great Pre Arrival experience"

We’re arriving on Monday the 17th, and so far the communication has been excellent. Our concierge, Emmanuel, has been spectacular. He’s given us great advice on restaurant reservations and always answers our calls immediately. We truly feel like we’re the only guests he’s helping. I’m sure he’s very busy, but he always makes time for us and we really appreciate it. Looking forward to an amazing week at Garza Blanca!

"Amazing Resort for Adults without Children & for Families."

This is my wife and I first visit to this resort. We are Villa Del Palmar owners and have heard great reviews from friends who have stayed. They were right! This location is beautiful! This resort does not have a party atmosphere, meaning that there are no clubs. The dining experiences are to Perfection! We ate at the Authentic Mexican Restaurant Blanca Blue, at the Italian Restaurant Noi, and at the Japanese Restaurant Hiroshi. Todos son deliciosos! The Rooftop Bar and food by the only Adults Only pool is fantastic! All the staff here from start the start of our stay are super friendly, helpful, and even helped me with practicing Mi español hablado. 😊 My wife and I will definitely be staying here and the other resorts under Tafer.

"Disappointed"

I had a vacation planned for my family of 6  at Garza Blanca los Cabos. Our arrival date was October 11, check out October 17 for a two bedroom ocean view suite. When  we arrived at the hotel we were told that we don’t have a reservation even though I showed them my expedia.com confirmation. After flying to Mexico, and standing in the lobby for hours trying to figure out where my reservation was, no one at the hotel could give me a clear answer as to what happened. They told me that the hotel was sold out for the days that I needed my two bedroom suite. I showed them that I could go on the website and actually book a room that moment because the system showed that rooms were available. I don’t think the front desk agent believed me because I went ahead and did it. I was able to book a two bedroom suite standing right there at the front desk , even though the people at the front desk were telling me that the resort was sold out. On top of that, after I booked the room to prove to them that the system is flawed I had to get on the phone with reservations for 20 minutes to get my money refunded because they actually charged my credit card . After almost 2 hours standing in the lobby and much frustration, my family of six that just traveled  internationally, tired and hungry had no resolution and no apology. My husband decided to just book a room somewhere else at that moment. We are extremely unhappy with the customer service that we received at this property. We have stayed here many times prior. We normally love Garza . Needless to say, we were very upset with this experience, we never received an apology or even an offer to Mae this right in ANY WAY. I would hope that management would give me a clear answer as to what happened and why my Expedia.com reservation was not in the system even with a confirmation and maybe train your front desk to at least pretend that they care when guests are stranded with nowhere to go

"Shout out to the best staff ever!"

Had a great stay earlier in October (2025). We love it here, it was our third time visiting. Mario at the morning breakfast buffet at Blanca Blue always took the best care of us, he is fantastic! He always made us feel so welcome and started our day with a smile. Thank you Mario! Estrella also at the morning Buffet was absolutely wonderful. She treats us like family. Oscar at Bocados is always five star plus, hands down the best and also treated us just like family. Butlers Ulises and Luis - top notch and took the best care of us. THANK YOU!

"The Best!"

This was our second time to this beautiful resort. We have stayed many places in Cabo over the years, but this is one of our favorites. The property is beautiful, clean and offers so much. The suites are gorgeous and the service is exceptional throughout the resort. The friendly staff are so well trained and accommodating. We had a mix up with our room this trip- but Rolondo and Alexandra at the front desk and Jason from the bell staff went out of their way to make it right. They went above and beyond. Definitely would come back again and again.

"The weather is here...."

See a lot of complaints on this site lately. Not sure if they're staying here? .... Our third day of 8 days impeccable service. Good quality food, amazing weather, Don't have to scramble to reserve lounge chairs on the rooftop of adults only pool. Plenty of staff members. Great quality drinks and tequila selections. This is more of a chill and relaxed resort. If you want action go to Cabo Wabo in Cabo which is 20 minutes away, thank God.

"Beautiful Resort with Amazing Service"

My spouse and I stayed at Garza Blanca Los Cabos for five days in October and really loved it. The customer service here is next-level—everyone is so friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was a little different since they take you to a separate room to talk about memberships, but it wasn’t high-pressure. We liked the wristband room key (super convenient), although using it for payments didn’t always work. Our studio room was clean, nicely designed, and close to the pool. The only downside was the patio view—it faced utility boxes and a nearby building, so we didn’t really use it. The resort itself is beautiful and spotless. The restaurants were all great, especially the Asian and Italian spots, and we appreciated the variety of mocktails since we don’t drink. The pool areas are gorgeous with plenty of chairs, and there’s always something fun going on—yoga, aqua fitness, volleyball, etc. The beach is lovely even though you can’t swim in it, but the walkway down could definitely be safer. My only real wish was for some kind of evening entertainment since everything pretty much shuts down after 8 p.m. Overall, it’s an incredible place to relax, unwind, and be treated like a VIP. We’d absolutely come back!

"Horrible/Boring/Over rated/Mediocre"

Stay away from this resort. Zero money paid for entertainment mediocrity with deejay/talent/pool. It’s absolutely boring. It is NOT an ALL INCLUSIVE you are mandated to pay tips in US dollars. Newer resort but completely overrated. White walls with zero art it’s unfinished. Food was okay but for the price completely overrated. Options very minimal.

"Garza Blanca Never Disappoints"

We have visited this property several times and it never disappoints. Beautiful grounds, amazing ocean view, delicious food, and attentive staff. AnaLilia at the omelet station is by far my favorite staff member - she is a boss! Lilia provided excellent in-room daily coffee service and some of our favorite servers throughout the pool areas include Christopher & Pacheco (11th floor members only pool), and Loreto & Aaron. Ines at the spa is exceptional and Estrella the hostess has the best personality! We look forward to relaxing here again soon.

"Resort was exceptional - except the transportation service"

Our stay at Garza Blanca Los Cabos was overall amazing. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean, and the service throughout was top-notch. Both the Japanese restaurant and the steakhouse were exceptional — some of the best meals we’ve had at a resort. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the transportation service. We booked a private transfer, but it didn’t feel truly “private” since departure times were pre-scheduled and changes required 24-hour notice — something that was never explained to us. To make matters worse, our pickup was significantly delayed. We were scheduled for 8:52 AM, but the vehicle didn’t arrive until 9:14 AM, which was stressful since our flight boarded at 11:12 AM and we had an infant with us. There was little sense of urgency or consideration. If we return, we’ll definitely skip the resort’s transportation service — but beyond that, the hotel itself was excellent and highly recommended for everything else.
