The Elevator broke we had to walk up and down the stairs and breakfast ok

The elevator was broke and they put us on the 4th floor. This was annoying, but not the worst thing in the world, however what made the stay worse was the breakfast....the staff did not do a good job of stocking the breakfast bar, and were standing around, apathetic to the fact that stuff needed to be filled. Seems like this place is poorly managed and we would not go back.

Not worth the price. Stay away. Elevator not working. And when you checkin at 9PM on the day of reservation they say elevator not working and your room is on the 3 floor. Do you want to cancel? WTF!! I called the hotel a day before to i form late checkin but no one told me about the elevator then. Absolutely bad service. AC in the room does not work properly. You can get by for one night I guess. Stains on doors and walls in the room. Refrigerator unplugged behind furniture and very had to reach place. Does not recommend this for any one.

Needed a place to crash after a long day of car shopping and this spot checked the boxes for location and price. The elevator was down (leg day, surprise!), but we got a heads-up call and they waived the incidental fee, which was a nice touch. The room had big “tropical getaway” energy despite the A/C being set to 64. On the bright side, the shower pressure could blast the stress right off your soul. Breakfast was basically carbs and vibes—very limited selection. Nothing fancy, but it did what it needed to do.

We couldn’t stay there. Elevator was broke couldn’t get to 3rd floor. Room was not suitable. Call property - they said you needed to give us a refund. We had to go to a different hotel.

we were told the elevator was not working upon checkin. At 11pm where else are we going to go? (we were on the 4th floor) No ice machine on our floor Staff was not in the least apologetic. Plus, the entire hotel was very "worn"

Everything was great! Only small issue was the elevators weren’t working, but it didn’t bother me at all bc I only had one bag to carry up to the top floor. Will come back again!

Remote didn’t work. No hot water. Interior dated and ugly.
