Elevator is not accessible and you have to call the staff for help!

Our stay was not as expected. The elevators were out of order and we had to depend on one working elevator and the hotel reception ist to take us up or call to take us down or use the stairs. I have a medical problem with my walking and this was totally unacceptable.

Clean property. A little dated. The elevator wasn't working properly so we took the steps to the 4th floor. At least we got some extra exersise in.

Front desk staff were WONDERFUL.

Once you walk in there was a leak from the ceiling in the lobby, right in front of the door. One elevator wasn’t working and they had staff running the other one.

I ended up getting a room with a broken toilet, that ended up flooding my room during my 2nd night. I got a call at 4:30 am asking if my tub was running. I got up and my entire room was flooded with toilet water. After having to walk through toilet water with my bare feet, I had to switch rooms. Some of my belongings were soaked in toilet water and I had to leave food behind in the fridge that I just paid for the night before. When I called the next day asking for a refund of my 2nd night, the front desk was told by the manager they can give me a "room credit." This is not right for all the trouble that I've had. Horrible experience, 1/10, will not be staying at a Hampton Inn again.

The building and rooms were old, and in poor condition. The elevator also did not work.

This property was very disappointing. The elevator was out of order so I had to have my room changed from a king with pull out bed to a regular king with no concession. The ice machine was out of order, pool out of order, shower was luke warm. It was disappointing.

This hotel is not in great shape. It was dirty and run down. Everywhere you look you can see that it has not been maintained. Chipped tiles, ripped carpet, broken lamps, etc. In addition, the elevator was out of service for our entire stay. The air conditioner was so noisy, every time it kicked on it woke me up. Typically a Hampton Inn is a good lower cost option. Not here. Will not stay again.
