Motel 6 Charlotte, NC – Airport South

There was no WiFi

Most of the lights didn't work, the carpet was really over used. We are now in Savannah with the same company, the two places are not comparable... Usually I am trying to see the bright side of the places, but here it's hard to find any ..

The hotel denies the service of shuttle to the airport offered here on hotels.com as 24/7, stating that is only from 6am to 10pm. False advertising that would have prevented me to buy this night at such place

I arrived after 9 hours of driving I had my confirmation printed The clerk said they had no rooms We sat in the lobby for over an hour trying to find another room finally after 10 the clerk said she may have a cancellation I got a room for 2 nights My daughter contacted Travelocity- The clerk Deshonda would not speak with travelocity representatives and kept hanging the phone up on them This is a horrible place The staff is insufferable and rude I needed a room for a 3rd night because we came in for my daughter to have surgery - They said they were booked and I had to find another place to stay and drive back to the Baymont to make sure my daughter was alright that entire day and night I would not recommend this place-they have no respect for a reservation or travelocity patronage DO NOT STAY HERE

Amazing!! Staff is SO friendly and more importantly courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I cant recommend this place any more!! Right near Interstate 77 so easy on and off to get around Charlotte. Safe too.

I gave a good amount of time to describe how deplorable this establishment is and why customers specially those out of town or with children must stay away from this place due to it being unsafe, noisy very late at night, not having cameras to prove your point and how some of their front desk employees are very unprofessional and can not/ would not handle situations that are beneficial for PAYING customers. But I can not post my opinion! I guess hotels.com filters responses that are beneficial to their bottom lines only.

It's was ok in tell I had a dog right beside my room in it barking all day I didn't like that it all couldn't rest it all

As a business owner working out of town with my crew, I booked two rooms for 6 nights, but had to leave early due to several factors. One major factor was that I complained to management concerning a very disruptive noise, but their response was to basically shrug it off. The response just had me to look for somewhere else. The noise was so disruptive, there was no way of sleeping. My crew and I work very physically demanding jobs and this just left my crew and me in really bad shape for the day. I cannot afford to be in bad shape, exhausted and sore and not able to rest and pay my crew to be in the same shape. Due to the cancellation policy, I couldn't receive a refund for the days I booked but didn't use (at this point, I had used only 3 nights). Taught me a lesson about booking ahead on a property that I never been to before. The rooms were clean, but the response to my legitimate complaint left me not wanting to book here again - which I informed my assistant admin.

Liked the location. Anything needed was close or a reasonable drive. I only had two dislikes. One when I arrived the computer system went down so you couldn’t check in. There should have been a back up plan in place for when something like this happens. Felt inconvenient. My second dislike was two of my three nights I had to go back to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed. Just wanted to get situated and get to bed.

Scary upon arrival. We were actually looking for other hotels as we were checking in. Bad area and unappealing looking hotel. Registration customer service was unfriendly but efficient. Rooms however were very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet only consisted of a waffle maker (they had no syrup the day we used) and cold cereal. Their were 3 available vanilla yogurts in the fridge. Will not stay here next trip
